Mentally Strong
I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2023, and I have become a health and fitness advocate. I have a strong desire to help others lead a healthier and more vibrant life. You don't know how important your health is until you don't have it.
Join me as I explore ways to increase your health span. I speak with inspirational people who are thriving and overcoming their obstacles. I also explore and interview experts in the medical field, fitness, nutrition, social connection, stress reduction, etc. seeking guidance to help us all live healthier and happier lives.
